Having a long history of brining fresh vegetables and supplying into the pickle industry, T. A. Priestley are unique in having on-farm brining facilities. In 2010 we set up, at our new site, a complete brining facility, consisting of a semi-automatic barrel washer, barrel filling lines, a bespoke salt saturation plant, complete with lab facilities, enabling us to monitor and maintain product quality from storage to point of delivery.
